Default Windows boot loader menu help, please ...

I got some new hardware today (MB and processor) and when I originally went to reload windows I couldn't find the key, so I tried again with another CD.

Anyway, I got Win XP loaded, but now when I boot I get a menu with the same item twice ... basically "Windows XP."

I'm familiar with how to fix this under Linux/Grub, but how do I correct it under windows? I just want it to boot into the only and solitary installation of XP on the HD.

Thanks in advance.

In case anyone's interested, the new hardware was a new Asus MB with an AMD 64 bit 3400 cpu.

There is a file that lives at C:\boot.ini

It's a hidden file, so you probably won't see it by default, It well, ya know I won't go into the depths of Windows Bootloader... but there ya have it *grins* Just wack the extra line (make sure ya wack the right one) *grins*
