Hunt Time! ?

Okay, was yappin at Yale and Ruden in the tavern last night, we'd like to get together all who might be interested and do what Rangers do best.. die.. I mean, um hunt and explore!

There's at least two lands
Ilshnar and TokeyNose that I don't think most people have explored too much yet we could sneak about and see what's out there.

Also some hunting ideas
Pyramids (In Malaas?)
Fire Island was mentioned for Dragons and Demons (Oh my!)
There's always Cyclopses and Titans (if not a bit overdone)
Some Dread Spidery Spots (For decent itemses)
Litches (always Undead)
There's also a buncha dungeons I'm sure most haven't been to in a while like Hythloth or Destard.
Heck, if we get bored we can even join in the Ophidian Invasions.

Just a buncha ideas of things we can all do together, I've really enjoyed seein everyone around. So... what say you?

with bells on! (ok, maybe not with bells on but I'll be there) It would be great to see a Hodur or a Sybeus or a Darwood or some others too! Don't matter where we go, but lets spend some time together. :D

Pyramids (In Malaas?)
-Not much there, just two levels inside the pyramid with an insane spawn. The skeletal knights and mummies are the toughies. Be interesting to see if we could clear it out. Oh and for 5K you can get a blessing from the Sphinx that lasts a few days.

Fire Island was mentioned for Dragons and Demons (Oh my!)
-Could be deadly.. again insane spawn. Slayer weapons a must.

There's always Cyclopses and Titans (if not a bit overdone)
-Been there, done that 20 times over. Good money though and the paragons add some challenge. If we're really prepped there is a Balron that spawns deep in the dungeon as well as some liches.

Some Dread Spidery Spots (For decent itemses)
-I know a nice cave in Ilshenar that spawns terathans, dreads and widows like mad. Of course I think you're all familar with that. *grins*

Litches (always Undead)
-Liches have always been a tough kill for me so I don't normally seek them out. Would love to dish out some holy terror. Need my undead slayer sword.

There's also a buncha dungeons I'm sure most haven't been to in a while like Hythloth or Destard.
-To be honest in all my years I haven't explored most of these dungeons. Always been too dangerous. *chuckles*

Heck, if we get bored we can even join in the Ophidian Invasions.
-I have heard the Berserkers are vulnerable to the special weapons dropped by some of the officer snakes. They are marked as Mighty, Vanquishing and Mystic I believe. I have a Vanquishing Mace if anyone can use.

I'm in SoCal this weekend for a family get together, coming back Sunday, probably not early enough for this, and my computer is still FUBAR although I could probably get stuff installed on this one in a pinch. I would love to attend, but right now it's you'll see me if you see me :(

There's an intruiging spot on Ilsh I found, in that area where the mountains are like a maze and there are all the wandering gypsy encampments, can't remember which shrine. There some desert with wyverns and a garg spawn spot and a glacier like thing with some ice guys, mostly not too hard stuff. There's a bridge to an island filled with nasty undead stuff. Something chased me around that spit poison and it took me like 200 arrows to kill it. I ran away when the lich lord showed up. Anyway, since I'm not going to be there I'm not suggesting this, and you probably already know about, but I thought I'd mention it. There's an ancient wyrm spawn spot around there somewhere too according to the map.

Power, Vanquishing and Mystic for the Special Swords. In that order of effectiveness as well I believe.

Fire Island we might be able to do okay if we're careful, Raina's mare can handle a daemon easy, and 'almost' take a dragon alone.

I just wanted to say thanks for everyone that came!

The romp in Destard was an absolute blast (well, okay once ya'll stoped attacking ME! *grins*) Oodles of dragon corpses amongst other various inhabitants, even the Super Mean Shadow Wyrm.

I'd also like to present Faris with the medal for most death yells. *Grins*

We'll hafta do this again! Heck right now, every night is almost a Ranger Hunt Night with the damned Ophidians in Skara.

We did fell the Shadow Wrym once! Never been in Destard that far in before and lived (sorry Faris!) That shrine was a neat find, even marked a rune to it.

I think the Ophidians will keep us busy for awhile, we'll have to stem the tide of the bastards around the Spiritwood! We will free Skara and the Spiritwood! Viva La Resistance!

Oh! I found a nice leather gorget for one of your family. Remind me next time I see you, it as has artifact-like stats without the artifact name or price. :)
