I think it was Nik that was asking about bows the other day and what quests give out good bows? I'm not sure but I ran across this post this morning and I figured I'd post a link to it for those who are interested!

This details what quests give out bows as well as where you may be able to find various dropped bows. Many are rare.

We should also begin to discuss who can craft what. For instance, I can craft bows (and I hope to master it) but could really use help with other items (like swords, armor and food). For instance, I already tore through the muffins Alyssia sent :)

I've been holding off on muffin making because I figured a lot of people were gonna level to 20 relatively quickly if they'd had quests saved up. I've not started making the next tier food yet (rations) even though I could...because once folks had leveled I was gonna begin making everyone a pile of those rations.

However! I would be happy to send you some muffins Kyr!

In fact how about people place orders hmm? *chuckles* Since I don't get in game a lot in the evenings, which is when most y'all play....if anyone wants / needs any food please send me an in game email! I check my mail first thing when I log in, so if I have a few orders...I'll head right over to the ovens before I start adventuring!

It keeps my raging attention defecit disorder from unwittingly leaving people muffin-less *grins*

Well, for all of ye, I am a level 13.5 right now, so something in the 14/15 range would work nicely (as you guys all sail away into the 20's ...)

Deyo is a bowyer, though the cost of wax is going to break me...

Mela is going to be a weaponcrafter, primarily to craft traps for Deyo. ;)

Wax is nothing compared to coal. You need one coal to refine 1 iron ingot and each piece of coal costs over 2 silver. That's ridiculous.

Yeah, the price of coal is the main reason I haven't advanced much past Master Journeyman right now. :P

I figure a few levels later on when I'm seeing much higher income I can start seriously crafting again.
